Confirm the units amenities when booking! They’re not all the same.
Positive: Great location for hiking.
Negative: Not as advertised. It was advertised as an air conditioned unit, but it wasn’t air conditioned. Our stay was early June. The owner of the unit texted us saying the air conditioner was in storage.

Value for money, convenience, great location, fantastic stay!
Positive: Fantastic value for money. Super close to Loon if you wanted to get up early and nab a car park spot at the mountain, or get the shuttle which was super regular & convenient.
